OUR FOUNDER

Pema Singye, RCIC-IRB

Payma Immigration Consulting Inc. was founded to make Canadian immigration easier to understand and navigate. Based in Calgary and serving clients across Canada and internationally, the practice is led by Pema Singye, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Having experienced immigration himself, Pema understands the importance of clear information and thoughtful support when planning a future in Canada.

Our services include study permits, work permits, visitor applications, Express Entry and other permanent residence pathways, family sponsorship, citizenship and application review. We also assess refusals and complex immigration matters within our professional authorization, with referrals where appropriate.

Pema has completed extensive study in Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Law at a Canadian university. His background combines formal immigration education with more than 10 years of professional and client-service experience. He brings an analytical approach and a commitment to explaining requirements in plain language. Every engagement begins with listening, an assessment of the circumstances and written confirmation of services, responsibilities and fees.
