PAYMA IMMIGRATION CONSULTING INC. · VERSION 2026-10-23
Initial Consultation Agreement
This agreement is between the client identified in the booking and signature record and Payma Immigration Consulting Inc., with the consultation provided by Pema Singye, RCIC-IRB, College ID R1058331.
Consultant contact: 638 11 Ave SW #200, Calgary, AB T2R 0E2, Canada · +1 403 862 2621 · info@paymaimmigration.com.
1. Your consultation
The session provides an initial assessment of the Canadian immigration or citizenship questions you identify, a discussion of relevant options and concerns, and guidance on possible next steps. Advice is based on information reasonably available and the law, policies and programs in effect at the consultation date. A later change may require a new assessment.
The selected service is either 30 minutes for $80 CAD, GST included, or 45 minutes for $125 CAD, GST included. The booking record identifies your selected duration, fee, appointment time, time zone and topic. The fee covers the scheduled consultation and preparation reasonably appropriate to its limited scope.
2. What is outside the scope
This agreement does not include a full application or document review, legal research beyond reasonable initial preparation, preparation or submission of applications, correspondence with authorities, representation, ongoing advice or monitoring of deadlines. These services require a separate written service agreement. We will explain when your question needs work beyond this consultation instead of attempting an incomplete assessment.
3. Client information and participants
Please provide your full name, address, email and telephone number, if any, and accurate, complete information relevant to the consultation. Missing or incorrect facts can affect the advice and may require clarification or additional work. Do not upload sensitive documents through the booking form; we will explain how to provide any documents needed securely.
The named client is the person receiving advice. A spouse, family member, interpreter or other participant is not automatically a client. Tell us in advance who will attend and whether advice is requested for another person, so identity, consent, conflicts and the scope can be addressed.
4. Scheduling and online meetings
Times are scheduled in Mountain Time using America/Edmonton and adjust for daylight saving. Calendly can display times in your chosen local time zone. Check the date and time in your booking email, especially if you are outside Canada. The consultation is normally conducted by Zoom. Joining details are provided through the booking confirmation. An alternative platform or telephone consultation may be arranged by mutual agreement. Neither party may record the consultation without the other's express consent.
A Calendly calendar invitation reserves a time; it does not by itself verify payment or complete the agreement. Payma will send its final confirmation after payment is verified and the agreement has been signed by the client and Pema. If a conflict, scope or eligibility-to-act concern arises, Payma may decline the consultation and return any unearned fee.
5. Payment
Pay the full consultation fee in Canadian dollars by credit or debit card through Stripe during online booking. Card details are entered in the secure payment checkout; do not send them by email, WhatsApp or through an enquiry form.
For e-transfer or another payment method, please contact info@paymaimmigration.com or WhatsApp before booking or sending funds.
Your consultation requires completed payment and an agreement signed by both you and Pema before advice is provided. Payma will provide a payment receipt and issue an invoice for services in accordance with applicable professional requirements. If payment or the signed agreement is incomplete, Payma may cancel and release the reserved time after notifying you.
6. Changes, cancellations and late arrival
Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel for a refund of the consultation fee or reschedule once without an additional consultation charge. For shorter notice, missed appointments or exceptional circumstances, contact Payma; any fee treatment will reflect work actually performed, fairness and applicable professional obligations. No term permits Payma to retain an unearned fee contrary to law.
Please join on time. Late arrival may shorten the available session so it does not delay the next client. If Payma cancels and you do not accept a replacement time, the unearned consultation fee will be refunded. An appointment cannot be extended into another client's reserved time.
7. Credit toward further services
If you sign a separate service agreement and retain Payma for the matter discussed within 10 calendar days after the consultation, the consultation fee paid will be credited toward the professional service fee under that agreement. The credit does not apply to government fees or third-party costs and is not a guarantee that Payma will accept a further engagement.
8. Professional responsibilities and outcomes
Pema will provide competent, diligent and candid advice within the agreed scope. No visa, permit, admission, citizenship, protection decision, processing time or other result is guaranteed. Decisions remain with the relevant authorities. Nothing in this agreement releases Payma or Pema from liability for a breach of applicable law or professional obligations, or restricts your right to raise a concern.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
Client information is confidential and will be used for scheduling, providing the consultation, administering payment and maintaining required records. Disclosure is limited to what is authorized, permitted or required by law or professional obligations; people assisting the practice must respect confidentiality. Calendly processes booking details, Stripe processes card payments, email/hosting providers process related communications, and the agreed meeting platform processes meeting information under their respective terms. Do not provide passport numbers, medical records or bank details in Calendly. Tell us if you require another communication arrangement.
10. Regulator and concerns
The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) regulates licensees in the public interest, sets professional standards and receives complaints. Pema is subject to its applicable Code of Professional Conduct, by-laws and regulations. Verify his status at the CICC Public Register. Information on the regulator and complaints is available at college-ic.ca. You may first contact Payma to discuss a concern; doing so does not limit access to the College.
11. Agreement, signatures and records
The laws of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada govern this agreement, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Any material change to the scope, fee or other terms must be agreed in writing.
Your affirmative consent and typed full name in the signature field are intended as your electronic signature to the version of this agreement presented at booking. Pema must also sign and date it. Payma will retain the signed agreement and provide you with a completed copy before advice is given. Booking or payment alone does not replace this signed record.
Acceptance and signatures
I have read and understood this agreement and agree to the selected consultation, fee and scope.
